Chris Flintoft, Chief Executive Officer

Chris is a co-founder of Neon Stingray and brings more than fifteen years experience leading Strategy, Sales and Operations for blue chip corporate brands and entrepreneurial ventures in the digital space. Chris is a digital expert with deep subject matter experience in consumer product development (mobile, web, video, set-top box) and marketing, e-commerce and technology innovation such as as cloud computing. Prior to his role as C.E.O. of The Neon Stingray Group Chris has held roles including GM of Broadband, Online & Mobile at FOXTEL, GM of Consumer ECommerce and Broadband Development for Telstra and Bigpond, COO of itv|world and Founder and Director of Hyro Wireless & Broadcast. Chris has been an active industry participant and regular public speaker on Broadband, Online Entertainment, Mobile, ECommerce. Outside of work Chris is a keen surfer, snowboarder, cyclist and proud father of Milla and Jack!

Patrik Molander, Chief Technology Officer

Patrik is a co-founder of NeonStingray and has more than 15 years experience from the IT industry and more than 12 years experience in web, mobile and enterprise software development. Prior to co-founding NeonStingray, Patrik has held several key positions such as Director, Product Development at Accedo Broadband, Enterprise Architect at Foxtel, CTO at itvworld and Stability, and Technical Manager at Hyro, and has been a senior consultant based in Sweden, UK and Australia at Telenor, Comhem, Volvo Car Corporation, BBC Broadcast, TEN Network, Westpak Bank, and Channel7. Patrik’s key focus has always been delivery of business value through technical innovation and fit-for-purpose solutions. As Enterprise and Solution Architect he has been responsible for planning the technology architecture and integration across IT systems, with focus on supporting new business products and platforms. As technology manager he has been responsible for establishing system architectures for CRM solutions and a variety of web, mobile and broadcast platforms. Patrik was Teracom’s representative in the International Standardization Organisation (ISO) and Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) for more than two years and one of only a few hundred working with technology standards bodies such as DVB, ETSI and ISO. Patrik holds a MSc CS degree from University of Technology in Luleå, and has published 2 patents in EU and Australia. Outside work Patrik is a keen snowboarder, golfer, kite surfer and father of 3 children.

Suzie Blinman, Chief Financial Officer

Suzie brings over 13 years of consulting experience to Neon Stingray in her role as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy. Suzie has worked with numerous Australian and International Corporates and Private Equity Firms and has extensive experience in media, online, telecommunication and service industries with a strong functional capability in growth strategy and execution. Suzie is widely recognised for her strategy capabilities and strong ability to resolve complex company and industry based issues. In addition to her role at Neon Stingray, Suzie is a Director at Crescendo Partners. Prior to this Suzie was Principal at A.T. Kearney and she also worked for four years as a commercial Lawyer with Minter Ellison. She holds an honour degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Sydney and has achieved an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, USA. Suzie is fluent in English and French, a keen Skier and proud mother of two.
